The Use of Metaphorical Metaphors in Literature

Abstract

In literature, metaphors are not just mere ornaments. They form the foundation of literature itself. The best literary works with metaphorical elements establish profound connections, serving as the basis for meaningful relationships. It is clear that metaphors, as structural elements, not only enrich literature of the past but also stand as a timeless embodiment of profound understanding, not as an external addition but as an inseparable part of literature.
